We currently deliver across Zambia. If you are unsure whether we ship to your area, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may be extended during high-demand periods or public holidays.
3. Delivery Time:
Standard delivery within Zambia takes approximately 3–7 business days depending on your location.
4. Delivery Charges:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. In some areas, free delivery may be offered as part of special promotions.
5. Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with tracking details (where available) via email or SMS.
Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we do accept exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Exchange Eligibility:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are only allowed for the same product category and equal or higher value (you will need to pay any price difference).
Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered
3. Exchange Process:
To request an exchange:

Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange.
Once approved, ship the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange.
