5. Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds. However, we do offer product exchanges under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges are only allowed for the same product category and of equal or greater value (price difference may apply).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
